HAS MY ORDER SHIPPED?

WHY IS MY TRACKING INFORMATION NOT APPEARING?

Once your package has shipped, it may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear on a carrier’s website. This is due to the timing of updates made by the carrier’s tracking system. If it has been more than a few days since receiving shipping confirmation and you do not see tracking information, please contact customer service at info@everydaycalifornia.com or by calling (858) 454-6195.

I ORDERED THE WRONG STUFF! WHAT DO I DO?

Once you place an order at Everyday California, you cannot make changes through the store. Please call us as soon as possible, so we can correct your order before the goods ship. For assistance please email info@everydaycalifornia.com or call us at 1(858) 454-6195.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Items normally ship via the USPS for residential delivery. Actual transit times are 2 to 7 days from shipment. A shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order leaves our warehouse. International shipping is available with rates calculated at checkout.

ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

IF I ORDER THE WRONG SIZE CAN I RETURN THE ITEM?

Unused product may be returned for full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please allow 7-14 days from return receipt for credits to be issued.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM THAT I HAVE USED?

Sorry, only products in new unused condition will be accepted for returns.
